Twinsburg, OH - (August 1, 2009) – Wild Republic is ready to “wow” parents with the release of its new wide-eyed toys, the WOWs, cuddly plush products that can help ease children’s darkness fears.
The new WOWs from Wild Republic , the nature-themed toy brand of K&M International, Inc., feature some of the current, most popular animals on the planet, as well as the most appropriate species to possess googly glowing-eyes.
Renowned for having the industry’s most expansive line of species-specific animal toys in the world, Wild Republic was ready to take some of its cuddly plush and add a new feature to solve a common concern for kids.
Craig Hopp , Marketing Manager for Wild Republic said, “Our new WOWs shed some light on an early childhood concern about the dark, and hopefully they can help the situation a little bit. Now, a bedtime routine can include the wide-eyed innocence of a friendly furry face shining down on you.”
The WOWs are designed as bedtime best friends that have light sensitive eyes that power-up during natural light conditions, so that no batteries are required, and then slowly illuminate as darkness falls. The WOWs eyes fade as the child begins to sleep.
Among the WOWs characters are a Ringtail Lemur, Black & White Lemur, Koala Bear, Bush Baby, Penguin, Shark, White Tiger, Leopard, Black Panther, Polar Bear, and, of course, an assortment of different Owls, among others.
