We recently learned that certain replaceable coin batteries can cause severe internal injuries when the batteries are ingested. The batteries also present a choking hazard to children.

Replaceable coin batteries are a component in certain Wild Republic slap watches. A list of affected slap watches is attached. We have not had a single incident involving our slap watch products. We are devoted to meeting the strictest safety requirements and have therefore made the decision to immediately discontinue the sale of our slap watch products and institute a global voluntary recall of our slap watches.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and we are committed to making this process as easy as possible by providing the following solutions:

We are committed to making this situation right for you. If you have any of the existing products listed on the attached, we have included a return form with this letter for your convenience. If you would like to have the item(s) picked up or discuss options such as replacement with an alternative item, credit or other solution we can assist you.
