CLEVELAND, Ohio – December, 2014 – International toy company, Wild Republic, has recently added four key staff members to its growing team. The company’s recent hires include Heather Banchek as Human Resources Manager, Colleen Engels as Brand Manager-Toys, Bob Hill as Northeast Regional Manager and John Ziemianski as Director of Global Demand Management.
“As Wild Republic continues to grow, we need to make sure we’re bringing in the best talent,” said Wild Republic President, Vishnu Chandran. “We feel Heather, Colleen, Bob and John will be valuable additions to our team, as they each have very strong backgrounds in their areas of expertise.”
Prior to joining the Wild Republic team, Heather Banchek worked as an attorney at two prominent northeast Ohio law firms, specializing in employment law and employee relations. In her new role, Heather will manage all aspects of human resources including hiring, training, policy development, benefits and compliance.
Before coming to Wild Republic, Colleen Engels was a Merchandising Supervisor at American Greetings. In her new position, Colleen will manage all aspects of toy development, from ideation through execution. She will work closely with Wild Republic’s in-house designers and developers to create and market the company’s new toy products.
Before joining the Wild Republic team as Northeast Regional Manager, Bob Hill served as Worldwide Vice President of Business Development at GLS, and General Manager at New Horizons Computer Learning Center. Bob will manage the full Wild Republic product line and develop new business in the northeast region, while working closely with independent sales representatives.
Jon Ziemianski has over three decades of experience in global logistics and supply chain management. Prior to joining Wild Republic, he spent two years with General Electric Transportation and 28 years with The Timken Company. In his new position, he will coordinate global demand management, scale global logistics efficiencies and upgrade the global supply base. He will also serve as leader for all strategies and initiatives of supply chain management.
