Creating a mermaid frame with small adorable miniature mermaid figurines.

Let your imagination run free as you embellish this magical mermaid frame.

1. Spray paint picture frame in the desired color of your choice.
2.  Arrange sequin seashells, mermaid figurines, glittery starfish, sand dollars, and white pearl beads onto the picture frame.
3.  Hot glue all material to the frame.
4. Insert your favorite photo into the mermaid frame.

Materials Needed:

• One tube of mermaid figurines #20857 or #21510
• One picture frame
• One can of spray paint
• Sequin seashells
• Glittery starfish and shells
• White pearl beads
• White glitter (If you desire more glitter)
• Hot glue gun with glue sticks or Liquid Glue
• Enhances with other materials if desired

Tips:
Recycle an old picture by using paint.
